April and Michael’s private backyard real wedding was the picture of perfection. Their casual, charming affair is proof positive that a black-and-white color theme does not have to equal a super-formal and/or winter wedding.

Michael looked very dapper in his black tuxedo and simple white rose boutonniere. His groomsmen dressed similarly, but sported white ties instead of black like Michael’s.
April’s beauty is totally on display here. We are loving the vintage pouf of her veil as well as her crisp bouquet of roses and carnations.
Here is one of April’s bridesmaids as well as her two super-sweet flower girls. Does it get any cuter than this? It does not!

April and Michael’s wedding took place in a private yard filled with purple mums (an autumn staple), rose petals that covered the stone walk-turned-aisle and, of course, a select number of close family and friends.

April’s wedding gown featured a classic sweetheart neckline, sweet flower detail at the waist and a super-trendy high-low skirt that showed off her wedding shoes.
Wedding collages are simply awesome because you get at-a-glance memories of those little details you pined over. In April and Michael’s: the bouquets, the dress (love!), the purple mums that adorned the backyard, April’s pretty black shoes on her awesome tattooed feet, and a simply stunning centerpiece of flowers and natural branches.
