Wedding To-Do ChecklistIn just one short month, you will go from Ms. to Mrs.! Use these handy lists to make sure you’ve got your bases covered.

As your RSVPs start to roll in, make escort and/or place cards so you won’t have to do them all at once at the last minute.

Ditto for your seating chart. Although you may have already gotten a head start on this one, your RSVPs will be able to help you finalize the arrangements.

Plan a get-together with your bridesmaids. This may be the night before the wedding (slumber party!) or at some other point. The traditional route is a bridesmaids’ tea or luncheon which you host in order to thank your girls and have a little female bonding time before the big day.

If you haven’t gotten your bridal shower thank-you cards in the mail yet, now is the time. Same goes for any wedding gifts you’ve received before the wedding.

Compile a list of must-have shots for your photographer. Meet with your photographer to go over your wishlist and finalize any details.

Meet with your caterer if necessary to go over scheduling, any last-minute changes, menu finalization, etc.

Get in touch with your musicians to finalize and/or confirm all special song choices. These may include you and your FI’s first dance as husband and wife, the father/daughter dance, the bridal party dance, the songs you walk down the aisle to and back up the aisle to, the music during the signing of the register, and any special background music.

Finish up your rehearsal dinner plans.

Add items from any website on the internet onto one universal gift registry

Send your rehearsal dinner invitations. You can do these by email if you prefer something a little more casual.

Decide how you want to handle your receiving line. Will it be after the ceremony, before the reception, or something more alternative?

Shop for your guest book.

Plan your beauty appointments. This will include your mani/pedi, which should be scheduled the day before the wedding, and rituals that can or should happen a little earlier, such as facials, massages, waxing, etc. The Knot Wedding Shop has some really cute ones.

If you think of new things to add to your wedding registries, add away! Visit MyRegistry.com to start your registy of cool gifts from multiple stores – all in ONE registry.

Update your wedding website. The countdown is on, so any last minute details will be fun (and perhaps necessary) for your guests to read.
